A modern medical equipment maintenance strategy includes periodic inspection procedures to which preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) are added when necessary. Safety inspections ensure that the equipment is safe to use for both patients and operators. Preventive maintenance (PM) aims to extend the life of the equipment and reduce the downtime of medical equipment.

Criticam provides maintenance and servicing of medical equipment by a team of highly experienced Biomedical Engineers. Comprehensive preventive and maintenance service contracts & solutions are available for medical equipment.

Criticam also provides Calibration Management Solution (CMS), which is a one stop service for testing, measuring and calibrating all Electro Medical Equipment.

Anil Chhugani, a Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Electronics, possesses over three decades of rich experience in the healthcare industry. He founded Criticam Medical Systems, a Proprietorship Company in 1998 which was restructured into a Limited Liability Partnership company in 2014.

PARAG CHAUHAN

PARTNER - SERVICE

Parag Chauhan, a Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Electronics and a Diploma in Electronics & Video Engineering started his career with Integrity Medical Systems. He joined Criticam Medical Systems in February 2007 as Service Engineer and moved into the position of Partner – Service in March 2014.

VICKY RAMRAKHIANI

PARTNER - SALES

Vicky Ramrakhiani, a Biomedical Engineer started his career with Positive Dynamics and joined Criticam Medical Systems in March 2007 as Sales Executive. He moved into the position of Partner – Sales in March 2014.

LUFINA CHHUGANI

PARTNER - BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Lufina Chhugani, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature was an HR professional for over 25 years. She was last associated with IL&FS as Assistant Vice President – HR. She joined Criticam Medical Systems LLP in 2017 and moved into the position of Partner – Business Operations in 2021.
